HALL OF FAME BALLOT

      2008 PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE

       $260 payment – must be received on or before May 8th, 2008

      $330 payment – received after May 8th  to May 31st, 2008

NOTE:  $50 of your registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.  This fee is paid to the MSBL league for your players fee and insurance.  Refunds after opening day are made at the discretion of the league.  Players that do not pay their fees in full by May 8th  are NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT.  Late paying players will also assume “New Player Status” and may be placed on another team at the discretion of the competition committee.
